The price of each product or service is displayed on the respective service page.


■ Payment Methods and Timing

Payment is made in advance by credit card at the time of booking.
Customers are required to input their credit card information and necessary personal details on the payment screen, in accordance with our Terms of Use.


■ Delivery of Services

The purchased product is a shared experience fee for an activity with a TOMODACHI host.
Customers are required to visit the designated location to receive the service on-site.
If a customer cancels due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:

  • Up to 7 days prior to the experience: Free cancellation
  • 6 days prior or later (including the day of the experience): Non-refundable
  • No-shows: Non-refundable

■ Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the service provider is unable to offer the service for any reason, or if there is a suspected issue attributable to our platform, ZeMott will investigate the situation promptly and issue a full or partial refund as deemed appropriate.

However, please note that cancellations made after the refund-guaranteed period specified in the cancellation policy will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding.
